At PAL Sporting Goods, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a piece isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
